As a UX Design Leader part of my role is to define and advance our design strategy.
Below are examples of how I implemented and drove strategic design efforts across our organization, both individually and through leading teams.
Driving a great customer experience across multiple touch-points and experience channels. I led the creation of Resideo's UX Strategy framework. This meant working with executive leaders and cross-functional partners, defining the framework principles, then working through other design leaders to form the creation of channel-specific UX strategies.
Defining the strategic framework
Defining Channel Strategies
Example of UX channel strategy for products and services. Each experience channel created a strategy based on their customers and users. Within each channel strategy, every strategic initiative aligned to the core UX Mission: Useful, Usable, and Desirable.

Software UX Strategy
As a global company with multiple lines of business it can be challenging to ensure users have a coherent and familiar experience from product to product, amongst mobile apps, and across web portals.
To drive this change across our end-to-end product experience, I led the creation and execution of UX Standards. These standards crossed all lines of business and ranged from physical to digital experiences.
Process Flow for new product development cycle
Rollout of standards to all business lines via self-service sharepoint. Product teams can identify what standards they must comply with.
